THE KING'S BARN RATE INFORMATION AND POLICIES:

The King's Barn consists of 12 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is located on 84 acres
of private property with a stream, pond and 70 acres of woodlands.

NOTE: 

CALL FOR SPECIAL GROUP RATES -- MARCH 2010 

Minimum Rate for the LODGE:  $770 per night (9 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms)
Minimum Rate for Mini-LODGE;  $200 per night (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)
-- or $40.00 per person per night whichever is greater --
PLUS $100.00 cleaning 
Maximum number of guests:  34

BEDDING IS PROVIDED FOR ALL BEDROOMS BUT WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS.
YOUR GUESTS WILL HAVE TO BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS.

Deposit required to make a reservation:  $970.00 (1st night's rental)
for the whole barn -- LODGE & MINI-LODGE -- 12 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms
$770.00 for just the LODGE -- 9 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
Balance of rental charges and security deposit due
14 days prior to your arrival date.

$500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT is required to be paid 14 days prior
to your group's arrival date when you make your final rental payment.

Our $100.00 CLEANING FEE will be deducted from this deposit. The
balance of the security deposit will be used in the event of any damage done by
the group during their stay.  No money will be returned until we have
cleaned the entire BARN after you leave. If no repairs need to be done,
$400.00 will be refunded from your security deposit payment.

Cancellation policy: Deposit will not be refunded if
reservation is canceled within 30 days of reservation date unless we
can rebook.
