Jeff Pori

Mr. Pori is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Kingsbarn Realty Capital ("Kingsbarn") and its various structured investment programs. Jeff oversees all aspects of the company, from implementing Kingsbarn's strategic initiatives to managing its day-today operations and directing all property financings and acquisitions. His 33-year career in commercial real estate has been as an investor and principal involved in construction, development, syndications, joint ventures, finance and property operations.

Prior to Kingsbarn, Mr. Pori was the founder and principal of Transwestern Real Estate Capital ("TREC"), where he completed 25 syndicated private placements totaling more than $400 million of commercial properties throughout the United States. Jeff's background before TREC was as the developer of more than 100 commercial and multi-family properties and more than 1,000 single-family homes in the Las Vegas valley. Additionally, Jeff was responsible for the oversight and management of a property portfolio totaling more than 2,000 apartment units, most of which were developed utilizing the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, and 30 commercial properties which included retail centers, office parks, and industrial facilities. Mr. Pori is an alumnus of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
