Mr. Ayer has been responsible for raising over $100M over the past five years for Kingsbarn’s various investment programs. Mr. Ayer is a 24-year commercial real estate executive who has enjoyed success both an an entrepreneur and as a commercial broker. Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Mr. Ayer founded Equity Capital Partners where he purchased 92 non-performing and sub-performing loans over a four-year period in which he was able to restructure and/or recapitalize all of the purchased notes.

Before the great recession, Mr. Ayer was a highly successful commercial broker starting out with Marcus & Millichap and then with Re/Max Commercial. In 2006 Mr. Ayer was the number 4 broker at Re/Max worldwide. Mr. Ayer graduated from the University of Oregon in 1996 with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology.
