As Corporate Controller, Steven Lee oversees Kingsbarn's accounting operations and financial reporting. With a strong track record of building scalable processes and enhancing reporting accuracy, he provides the financial leadership and operational expertise that support the company's growth and long-term success.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Steven has lived in several major cities across the country, including Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and Newport Beach, before settling in Las Vegas. He brings more than 12 years of experience across real estate private equity, development, and complex operating platforms.

Throughout his career, Steven has led accounting and reporting functions supporting acquisitions, capital activity, and investor reporting across multi-entity structures. His background includes leadership roles with firms such as CapRock Partners and CIM Group, where he oversaw financial operations for large-scale portfolios.

Steven enjoys traveling and has visited more than 20 countries. He is also a dedicated fan of Ohio State football and Cleveland sports teams.
