Daniel Abramowitz is a leader in the real estate industry with significant experience sourcing, underwriting, and performing due-diligence for Commercial Real Estate. He currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions where he leads Kingsbarn’s Managed-Direct Ownership® ("MDO") program, acquisitions, and public relations.

Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Daniel worked at FactRight, LLC as a Real Estate Due Diligence Analyst. His work concentrated on producing comprehensive due diligence reports, focusing on the financial and legal aspects of DSTs, private real estate funds, TICs, and Joint Ventures, as well as evaluating their complex product structures. Before FactRight, Daniel sourced net lease Industrial, Office and Retail properties for AEI Capital Corporation’s private equity funds and DST program. He has also reported for the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Daniel received his MS in Real Estate from New York University and his BA from Macalester College. At Macalester, he was a football player who started as a defensive lineman.
