As VP Business Development, Steven Prescott possesses a comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Steven served as a financial wealth advisor for five years with Wells Fargo Advisors where he guided private wealth clients with over $100 million in assets. He developed custom defined-benefit pension plans for affluent middle-market business owners for tax deferral and estate planning. At Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Steven helped raise $100 million in assets to the firm as a financial advisor. Prescott's real estate and financial industry experience includes three years as an office and industrial specialist, where he was responsible for capital market transactions, banking relationships, and communication with investor and analysts.

Steven is a Certified Financial Planner who holds a Bachelors degree in International Economics and Finance and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
