LAS VEGAS, NV – February 18, 2014 – Kingsbarn Realty Capital announced today that it will begin offering a Loan Fund to accredited investors. KB LOAN FUND I, LLC, has been formed to fund mezzanine loans to Kingsbarn Realty Capital, LLC and its affiliates to acquire real estate for syndication in 1031 exchange programs, and other real property syndications. Managing partner, Jeff Pori, who will administer the private offering stated, "We are providing institutional-quality property ownership to individual 1031 investors. The KB Loan Fund will facilitate the acquisition of the properties by supplying interim capital to acquire and inventory properties until 1031 exchange investors ultimately acquire the property interests." The KB Loan Fund I, LLC, offers investors a preferred return of 12% which will be paid on a monthly basis.
