**Los Angeles, California (August 21, 2025) —** Kingsbarn Realty Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) announced today that its highly anticipated Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment offering of 1601 Vine Street in Los Angeles, California (the “Property”) is now available for investment to accredited investors. This eight-story trophy office building, prominently located along the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, is leased to SKIMS Body, Inc. (“SKIMS”), the innovative shapewear and apparel company co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede.

Following Kingsbarn’s successful acquisition of the Property earlier this year, the Company has structured the asset into a DST, allowing accredited investors to participate in the ownership of the Property through a 1031 Exchange. The DST structure offers investors the opportunity to own an interest in a high-quality commercial real estate asset with passive management and a long-term lease in place.

SKIMS began occupancy in mid-2023 and leases the building through mid-2038.
