Kingsbarn Acquires 350-Acre Creek Hollow Ranch in Ramona, California

**SAN DIEGO, CA, June 10, 2021** -- Kingsbarn Realty Capital, LLC, has announced the acquisition of the approximately 350-acre equestrian training and boarding center known as Creek Hollow Ranch located just east of downtown Ramona, California. The property includes significant equestrian improvements and facilities including arenas, pastures, boarding stalls, a breezeway barn, two mare motels, and many other pens, equipment, and residences.

"Our plan is to improve the equestrian facilities at Creek Hollow Ranch and to make it a top equestrian training center for the west coast," stated Kingsbarn CEO, Jeff Pori. "The ranch sits in a beautiful valley which will allow us to add many other outdoor amenities and activities to Creek Hollow in the years to come. The property is surrounded by vineyards, hiking trails, and recreational lands." Pori further stated.

Kingsbarn plans to expand the boarding operation, improve the competition arenas, and to make the Kingsbarn Equestrian Training Center at Creek Hollow Ranch a top-tier facility for horse training and boarding.
