Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital Hires Danny Held as Regional Vice President, North Los Angeles

**Los Angeles, California – August 26, 2021** – Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital is proud to announce the addition of Danny Held as Regional Vice President for the north Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley market. In his new role, Held will be responsible for developing new business relationships and promoting simplified 1031-exchange property solutions offered through the company.

Born and raised in South Los Angeles, Danny started his professional brokerage career at Sands Investment Group, where he represented private investors, REITs, and institutions in the disposition of their assets. Successfully completing approximately $100M of transactional sales volume, Danny realized his greatest strength was having the ability to build relationships and create solutions for his clients.
