Kingsbarn Announces Grand Opening of TA Express Travel Center in Arizona

**Littlefield, Arizona – January 30, 2024** - Kingsbarn Development Opportunities (“Kingsbarn”) is pleased to announce the grand opening of a newly constructed TA Express travel center (the “Property”) in Littlefield, Arizona.  The 15,000 square foot TA Express is the first ground-up development travel center done in a joint venture with TravelCenters of America franchisee, LV Petroleum d/b/a FuelBros. The Property, located in northwest Arizona, is strategically situated along Interstate 15 near the Utah border and includes three quick-serve restaurants, a laundry facility, private showers, and a professional drivers’ lounge.

Fuel will be supplied by Sunoco LP, the largest fuel supplier in the U.S.

Named Franchisee of the Year for both 2021 and 2022 by TravelCenters of America, FuelBros is a highly successful travel center, convenience store, and fuel operator with 19 locations in the western United States.
