Kingsbarn Announces Grand Opening of TA Express Travel Center in Arizona

**Littlefield, Arizona – January 30, 2024** - Kingsbarn Development Opportunities (“Kingsbarn”) is pleased to announce the grand opening of a newly constructed TA Express travel center (the “Property”) in Littlefield, Arizona.  The 15,000 square foot TA Express is the first ground-up development travel center done in a joint venture with TravelCenters of America franchisee, LV Petroleum d/b/a FuelBros. The Property, located in northwest Arizona, is strategically situated along Interstate 15 near the Utah border and includes three quick-serve restaurants, a laundry facility, private showers, and a professional drivers’ lounge.

Fuel will be supplied by Sunoco LP, the largest fuel supplier in the U.S.
