Kingsbarn Acquires Newly Constructed Tesla Sales and Service Center in Golden Valley, MN

**Golden Valley (Minneapolis), Minnesota—February 16, 2024** - Kingsbarn Realty Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) has announced the acquisition of Tesla’s new sales and service center located at 700 Ottawa Avenue North, Golden Valley, MN 55422 (the “Property”). Newly constructed in 2023 and designed for Tesla, Inc., the Property consists of approximately 50,000 rentable square feet and features Tesla’s typical minimalist, open-concept design, a service and maintenance area, design studio, customer lounge, and administrative offices.    Serving the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area, also known as the Twin Cities, the Property is situated just off the Hwy-55/MN-100 interchange and is only a ten-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis. The Property is one of four Tesla sales and service centers located in the Twin Cities, which is home to a population of over 3.5 million.
