**Gilbert, Arizona (September 30, 2025) —** Kingsbarn Realty Capital ("Company" or "Kingsbarn") is proud to announce its groundbreaking of the first Bojangles® restaurant in Arizona (the "Project"), marking a pivotal milestone in the chicken franchise's strategic expansion into the Western United States. The groundbreaking is the first in a phased plan to bring up to 20 new Bojangles restaurants to the Phoenix metro area.

The new Bojangles location is situated at 3765 S. Val Vista Drive in Gilbert, a vibrant suburb of Phoenix. Just south of the entrance to AZ-202, the site sits within the highly trafficked Val Vista commercial corridor, known for its strong commuter traffic, robust mix of retail and business activity, and rapidly growing residential base. The surrounding area includes major retail centers, medical facilities, new hotel developments, and several schools, thereby creating ideal conditions for long-term restaurant success.
