**Kingsville, Texas (October 21, 2025)  —** Kingsbarn Realty Capital ("Company" or "Kingsbarn") has announced the acquisition of a newly constructed TA Express Travel Center (the "Property") located in Kingsville, Texas. The Property is strategically positioned just off U.S. Route 77, a major north-south corridor connecting South Texas to the greater Gulf Coast region, and sees over 26,000 vehicles pass per day. Providing modern amenities for both local customers and long-haul divers, the Property features a full-service convenience store, laundromat, Miss J's Café, and a Charleys Cheesesteaks with its own drive-thru.

The Property is 100% leased to LV Petroleum, LLC (d/b/a FuelBros), a nationally recognized fuel and travel center operator with over 50 locations across the United States. FuelBros has been named TravelCenters of America's Franchisee of the Year for four consecutive years (2021–2024) and brings extensive QSR experience with brands such as Chipotle Mexican Grill and Einstein Bros. Bagels.
