**Nacogdoches, Texas (February 12, 2026)  —** Kingsbarn Realty Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a single-tenant, newly renovated TA Express Travel Center (the “Property”) located in Nacogdoches, Texas. The Property is strategically situated directly on U.S. Highway 59, which sees more than 25,000 vehicles pass per day as of 2023 and serves as a major north–south transportation corridor. The site was approved by TravelCenters of America following its own independent research and evaluation of the location’s long-term viability and profitability. The Property is 100% leased to LV Petroleum, LLC (d/b/a FuelBros), the fourth largest travel center operator in the U.S.. FuelBros has been ranked as the #1 Franchisee within the TA system for the past four consecutive years (2021-2024).

In addition to TA Express’s typical fuel center and convenience store, the Property includes a Tesla Supercharger, laundry facilities for truckers, professional drivers lounge, 95 spaces of designated overnight truck parking, and a TRANSFLO Express scanner, which allows trained cashiers to scan drivers’ trip documents and expedite fleet billing and payroll processes. On-site dining options include a Denny’s diner, a Jimmy John’s Sandwiches, and a Sbarro Pizza.
