Kingsbarn Promotes Louie Goros to Managing Director & Head of Distribution

**Los Angeles, California – August 23, 2021** – Kingsbarn is pleased to announce the promotion of Louie Goros to Managing Director and Head of Distribution. In his new role, he will be responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and assisting all sales executives for Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Mr. Goros helped lead a large brokerage team at Marcus & Millichap with investment sales volume of over $400,000,000. At Marcus & Millichap, Louie specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily properties in San Diego County. During his career in brokerage, Louie represented private investors, helping them create and preserve wealth through investment sales and advisory services. He also proudly served the U.S. Marine Corps with the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion at Camp Pendleton before being honorably discharged. Outside the office, Louie enjoys spending time with his wife, Brogan, their four-year-old daughter, Taya, and their three-month-old son, James.
