Kingsbarn Independent Sponsor Equity Fund Announces Closing of Investment in OMS Group

**Las Vegas, Nevada, July 12, 2022** – Kingsbarn Capital Management ("Kingsbarn") is pleased to announce its first investment from the Kingsbarn Independent Sponsor Equity Fund I. Kingsbarn has provided equity financing to Dallas-based OMS Group, LLC.  Founded in 1998, OMS Group is a leading supplier of both manufacturing assemblies and custom electric motors for clients across North America and Asia.  The company has longstanding OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) relationships with some of the top players in the outdoor, motorcycle, and recreation industries, for which OMS Group designs and manufactures complicated assemblies for many of their core products.
