KB EXCHANGE TRUST PURCHASES THREE MEDICAL PROPERTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA, OHIO, AND MASSACHUSETTS
Los Angeles, CA (April 14, 2017) – KB Exchange Trust ("KB") announced the acquisition of three buildings located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Massachusetts. All three properties are newly-constructed dialysis clinics leased to Fresenius Medical Care, totaling a combined rentable space of approximately 27,000 square feet. The combined purchase price for the three properties was $15.07 million.
"We continue to find excellent, investment-grade, medical properties that we are able to offer through our DST 1031 exchange program," stated KB Exchange Trust managing partner Jeff Pori. "These assets were acquired off-market from developers with whom we have long-standing relationships."
